The Daily Summary Rings section is a quick way to see the progress of all of your separate Journal sections within the app
1. Tap on the Journal tab

Scroll to the bottom of the page to view the Daily Summary Rings section

Each day, you get a fresh Daily Summary Rings sections so that you can track your progress. You can:
Your goal is to complete the rings for each section each day. The goals for Fluids and Body Movement are based on the goal that you have set in those sections. The goals for the Food meals and Intentions & Reflections are set by the program.
2. Tap on the sections
If you would like to see more data as well as the graph on any of these four sections, you can tap on the heading

This will bring up your graph as well as more data for this particular section
